"First Circle" is a revealing documentary about Foster Care, family and healing in the Western United States. Shot over five years in Idaho and Oregon, the film follows families struggling to heal, administrators working for change, and the isolation of a western landscape responsible for both the manufacturing of and liberation from meth addiction.
